BMD was invited to design a series of posters for IE School of Architecture & Design’s Fall 2018 lecture series, centred around the theme “Strategy is ______.” Our design is built around the notion of strategy as a process of moving into focus, from the ambiguous state of ideation, to the clarity of creation. Blurred portraits of each guest lecturer capture a moment between these stages and evoke the intimacy behind the mystery of discovery—a journey at once personal to each creative, yet universal in the fluidity of the process.
